Maple Grove Church of God is one part of the whole body of Christ. We are a congregation in good standing with the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana).
Our purpose is to honor God, who is our Creator, Savior, and Sustainer.
We work toward this purpose in several ways:
- Individually we treasure and nurture our personal relationships with God. Through the power of God’s Holy Spirit we strive to live as Christ’s disciples, committed to serving God and others. We rejoice in being God’s children and look forward to our future hope.
- Collectively we practice God’s love through intentionally accepting others regardless of age, ethnic origin, gender, or ability. We work to establish Christ-centered relationships and to treat each other as children of God.
- We believe ourselves to be a part of the whole people of God – past, present, and future – and therefore gather regularly to praise God in Spirit-led, biblically-based worship.
- To our community and world we extend God’s love and declare God’s reign by calling others to Christian discipleship and fellowship.
We seek to live in faithful partnership with other Christian groups and to serve sacrificially in our community and world.
